NYFH Fall Season
Fall is our primary season for our players. We normally begin in mid-late August with practices, and the season will run from early September to early November. Nipmuc Youth Field Hockey participates in the Commonwealth League which is comprised of towns across Central Massachusetts. We play our home games in Mendon and travel to other towns for away competition.
This year we are offering a K-2nd non competitive clinic that will be held once a week on Sunday mornings. We will use the time to introduce the sport, teach skills, play fun games and grow interest in the game. There will be no competitive games or travel for this age group.
For our Grade 1/2 team (s), practices will be held twice a week this year and games are on Saturdays.
For our Grade 3/4, 5/6 and teams there will be 2 practices a week and a weekend game on Saturdays.
For our Grade 7/8 team there will be 1 practice a week and weekend games on Saturdays.
